Job Description

    Job descriptionWork for a Multinational BPO in Noida. Excellent work-environment and facilities.Exceptional English communication skills required. Prior experience in International Outbound Sales is a plus.Work Timings:Rotational Night Shift(shift timings usually may change only after 3 months). Company can be flexible about suitable shift times if there are any special cases.Responsibilities:1. Work with Noida and USA based Telecalling Sales Team on international process with USA.2. Should have a track record of working with Tele Sales teams who excel at generating sales through Cold Calling.3. Will focus on maximizing conversion from leads and providing exceptional experiences by coaching and mentoring a passionate team that cares about each lead.4. Providing a best-in-class applicant experience by coaching and role-modelling a superior customer acquisition mindset where quality and knowledge-sharing take priority5. Ensuring disciplined use of internal systems while tapping into the creativity of the team for continuous improvement6. Focusing on continuous improvement in Cold Call conversion through automation, training, and cross-functional collaborationSkills:1. Demonstrated success leading a team in a fast-paced setting, achieving telesales targets through cold calling.2. Tech savvy and data-driven to help shape a multi-channel customer acquisition experience and drive results3. Extensive experience in process improvement through automation and tech-enabled tools4. Exceptional leadership skills and ability to relate to people with varied backgrounds and career ambitions navigating an ever-changing environment5. Superior verbal and written communication, as well as presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
