Job Description

Create & Manage Changes to the System

  • Create/Deactivate Users and map Role Hierarchy based on HR actions
  • Create fields, objects, layouts, menu pages, roles and Map them accordingly
  • Unique field, required field & Read Only fields are assigned to valid Role only
Maintain System & Security
  • Manage access rights of Page & Field visibility
  • Import & Export the data to various pages in CRM
  • Ensure relevant Workflows & Triggers are functioning properly
User Assistance, Training & Satisfaction
  • Provide software trainings to users & departments
  • Communicate regularly with users regarding new features & changes in system
  • Troubleshoot software related issues along with coordinate with Technical Team
Process creation & documentation
  • Participate in sessions with departments HOD & team members to understand Business requirements and prepare flow charts & presentations
Essential Skills :1. Minimum Graduate in any stream2. A minimum of 3 years of MIS Analytics experience, preferably in a sales organization3. Good Communication skills4. Good hands on MS Excel and MS Access.
