Roles and responsibilities Responsibilities: Overall, a highly driven, results-oriented, creative and nimble problem solver with a willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver business impact quickly. Ability to prioritize and set direction in a fast-moving environment Should be able to write business requirements and handle detailed functional requirements documents Should have experience in BRD, DOU, FRD, DFD Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements Translate business needs into IT solutions Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups Master strategic business process modeling, traceability matrix and quality management techniques Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving Maintain high design documents and prepare WBS Understand end to end detailed system flow and business process Have experience in creating use case in Jira Tool Preferred experience in designing workflows in MS Visio Proactively analyze client requirements, perform fit-gap and propose solution Get sign off on client documents and work with engineering team to implement use case Work with a team of high performing product analysis to identify business requirements and deliver product use case Own end-to-end client end functional product use case testing as well as workflow testing Expertise in full software life-cycle implementation, upgrades, production support, rollout & enhancement from business analysis, testing, go-live assistance till post-implementation support. Expert in creating Project flows using lucid-chart, Visio and draw.io.
