Job Description

    Responsibilities :*Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying.*Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.*Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.*Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.*Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.*Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.*Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.*Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.*Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.*Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.*Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Requirement :*Fresher Candidate eligible and also good knowledge of real estate.*Good Communication and Presentation Skills.*Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.*Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.*A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story.*6 days working and 1-day rotational week off.
