    • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and digital channels.Client Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients, present our IT solutions, and schedule meetings to discuss their business needs.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their pain points, and offer customized solutions.Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that highlight the value of our IT services.Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to identify new opportunities for growth.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients requirements and maximize business opportunities.Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, opportunities, and progress through CRM tools, and report on performance against monthly and quarterly targets.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and successfully close deals.Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve services, understand market needs, and enhance the customer experience. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.Basic knowledge of IT servicesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Willing to travel for meetings,market research etc. 3.5 - 4.2 LPAPerformance-based incentives.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Benefits like PF and insuranceFriendly and supportive team environment where initiatives are encouraged.
