Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and. needs promptly. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
