Were looking for someone to join our team to increase the market share of the company.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to showcase value propositions.Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable and. sustainable business partnerships. Ensure that all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to leadership. Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development strategies.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for geographic and market expansion. Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and acquire new customers.Skills Required Relevant experience in B2B Sales, acquisitions of brands, consultative sales. Prior experience in Sales, BD, Commercials & Negotiations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, prior experience of working with management level stakeholders is a plus. Self-starter mindset with target driven approach. Strong CRM skills with proven track record. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in Data analysis, forecasting and budgeting. Ability to mentor & guide colleagues. Agile to adapt with the dynamic business environment and innovate on the go.
