Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization through the identification and development of new business opportunities. Working closely with the executive team, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, social media marketing, and prospecting. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Leading the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and contract negotiation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats. and opportunities for growth. Providing regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to senior management.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 2 years experience preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Ability to think strategically and creatively with a results-driven mindset.
