Job Description

    Post: Business Development ManagerQualification: Any Graduate / MBA in MaketingExperience: 4-10 Years Experience in Telecom / Solar / EV IndustriesJob Details Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities for expansion, and competitive threats within the telecommunications / SOLAR / Electrical Vehicle sectors. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, penetrate new markets, and maximize revenue. This includes setting sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and creating compelling sales pitches and presentations. Product and Service Positioning: Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs and customer preferences. Provide input on product features, packaging, and pricing to ensure competitiveness and relevance in the market. Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations with clients. vendors, and partners to secure favorable agreements and contracts. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and disputes to ensure compliance and maximize value for the company. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and business development KPIs. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track progress against targets and inform strategic decision-making. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team to drive collective success and achievement of business objectives. Sales Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.
