Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive company growth and business expansion.
    • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a seamless transition for all stakeholders.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
    • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the industry to support and expand our portfolio of services.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to adapt and refine our strategies for optimal growth.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or strategic planning.
    • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
