Job Description

    Urgent Hiring for Business Development Manager || NoidaPosition: - Business Developer Manager (Channel Sales)Experience Required: - 8 Years in domestic Sales (Dealer & Distributors sales of Lithium Batteries, Lead-Acid Batteries, Inverters, UPS).Ctc- upto 12 lpa (depends on interview)Key Responsibilities:
    1. Dealer/Distributor Network Development:
      • Identify, on board, and manage new dealers/distributors across the assigned territory preferably in North Region.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth by maintaining margins.
    2. Sales Planning & Execution:
      • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas.
    3. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
      • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
    4. Product Promotion & Training:
      • Educate dealers/distributors on product features and benefits.
      • Organize training sessions and marketing campaigns to promote products.
    5. Market Intelligence:
      • Monitor competitors activities and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new technologies.
    6. Sales Reporting:
      • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market analysis.
      • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.
    Key Skills Required:
    • Proven track record in sales and distribution network development.
    • In-depth understanding of lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, inverters, or UPS systems.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
