Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  2. Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling.
  3. Understand the requirement and clients need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  4. Responsible for Business development and lead generation.
  5. Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments.
  6. Contacting client prospects and making the initial pitch for our services.
  7. Generating a personal target of lead generation
  8. Systematic follow up with each prospect.
  9. Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography.
  10. Initiating and developing the relationships with key decision makers for business development.
  11. Follow-up monthly calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business.
  12. Prefer from Day Staffing Companies only.
Required Candidate profile
  1. Dynamic, high energy business development professional to be a part of the Sales team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, with exceptional ability in the assigned international markets.
  2. Should be a strongly self-motivated individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively be an individual contributor.
