Managing Existing clients and including new one through the sources availableViz References, Headhunting, Social and Professional networks.Rate negotiations and finalization of Projects on Pan India Basis.Regular Interactions with Hiring managers about Placed resources and discussions about upcoming projects.Gathering requirements and forwarding the same to the delivery team .Regular discussions with the concern recruiters about the quality of the resources and project fulfillment within a time TAT.Handling end to end IT Staffing Operations (Contract/ C2H/ Perm) wherein essentially responsible for overall resource management and delivery for assigned and newly developed Clients/ Projects.Lead, build and strengthen key relationships with clients including new business development, Signing Contract, Negotiation of Contract Terms with the Clients.Managing entire recruitment process from assessment, offers, and post offer engagements and on boarding etc.Build and Manage strong relationship with Project Managers, Resource Managers and other stake holders across the organization to produce win-win result.Managing recruitment life cycle through various sourcing channels; 10 members of internal recruitment team, Staffing Partners/ Vendors and other social media so as to ensure delivery of services as per defined TAT s.,
