    URGENT HIRINGBusiness Development Manager/E- commerce Executive/ Key Account ManagerSalary Range : CTC 15k-25k per Month + 2500 Conveyance + 300 Mobile + Incentives Reporting Structure Reporting to Business Head Educational Qualifications Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing / MCA AGE : 24 - 30 Years ( Male & Female Candidates ) Experience 2-5 Years in MarketPlace Seller Onboarding and Up & Cross Selling Experience, Client Management, E-Commerce Marketplace, E-Commerce Documentation & Cataloguing. Own Bike Must Industry E-CommerceBackground/Amazon/Flipkart/SnapDeal/or Any Brand who sells on E-commerce platform. Reference Company: DigiCommerce LLP/ Denave India / Team Lease / Trade India / Indiamart Skills Required - Should be Sales enthusiasm and aware of E-commerce Marketplace, App Based Sales Process, Vendor Management Skills. - Should be good in Up Selling & Cross Selling. - Should be good in Calculation. i.e., Margin Calculation or Profit & Loss calculation. - Candidate should be Tech savvy and Good in Calculation, Negotiation, Communication & Presentable Skills - Candidate should handy with MS Office, i.e., Work, Excel. And able to share report in prescribe format. - Must be aware of Local geographical area and Markets. - Should be Self-Motivated, Target Oriented & Meet the target given by management on daily basis.Job Descriptions - Study the market and generate lead & Close the Deal of potential sellers by Calling or Visits. - Identifying the potential Sellers Eligibility and convince them to execute for registration on E-com and Account Management Services. - Coordinating with Sellers and available to resolve their queries. - Meeting seller on-boarding targets on daily/weekly/Monthly basis. - Give appropriate feedback of market to the management and suggest action plan for feasible execution. - Perform high level of ethical practice while doing job - Always be transparent and execute the instruction given by the management. - Daily basis share MIS report to management of daily activity.
