Job Description

    • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads.
    • Have to involve into IT sales.
    • Need to involve into CRM/ERP sales.
    • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    • Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.
    • Keeping up with product and services information.
    • Creating and maintaining database of potential customers.
    • Staying informed about competing products and services.
    • Leading efforts to upsell products and services.
    • Researching and qualifying new leads.
    • Only females candidate are preferred from IT sales background with very good communication skills
    • They have to do cold calling and lead generation and training will be given to them initially
    • Experience of minimum 1-2 years is required
    • Budget 25-35 K CTC only (not above this) & PF deduction of 3600 monthly is there
    • They have to speak to Oman and UAE market people, and this will be inside sales only from IT sales domain
    • Working days - 1st and 3rd Saturday is off and Sunday is offs (5.5 days working,1st and 3rd sat off2,4 & 5 Wfh only)
    • Timing - general shift timing only
    • Interview will be F2F.
    • Salary verification will require the last 3 months salary slips and increment/offer letters, before we extend the Offer.
