Job Description

    Job description :
    • Preparing Cash flow MIS and analyzing cause of change for movement in balances
    • Examining all Properties P & Ls and ensuring compliance to the commercial manual.
    • Reporting Revenue MIS on monthly basis to ensure revenue maximization, highlighting trends and concern Ares, if any
    • Review of Fixed Asset register, monthly capitalization and disposals, if any. Drive periodic physical verification process and reporting reasons for variances.
    • Facilitate quarterly & annual audit process by assisting internal & external auditors to ensure validity & legality of organizational financial records.
    • Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reporting of monthly provision of all expense.
    • Prepare the financial & operational MIS to support effective decision making by the central financial planning team.
