Job Description - Building a QSR + Cloud Kitchen business from scratch. This person will be the first hire for the organisation and will be responsible to set teams, processes and structures.Client DetailsOur client is in the top EduTech companies in the India, venturing into the QSR. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their new Food Business team.Description- The candidate will be the owner of the business (offline retail and cloud kitchen) which needs to be driven in an entrepreneurial manner.- Strategizing and guiding the team towards getting maximum revenue by ensuring proper planning and right coordination with all the stakeholders involve.- A problem solving and go getter attitude for getting the things done in a truly customer first approach.- Keep looking for the different avenues of getting the business and win the customersmindshare.Profile- Extremely confident, give an eye to the detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.- A fair amount of knowledge about the food ordering industry.( online and offline).- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.,
