Job Description

    Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Software Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions on CAD software, including AutoCAD, CATIA, Revit, and SolidWorks, with a focus on both 2D and 3D design principles. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with learners, providing hands-on guidance and real-time support while contributing to the development of a customized curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver comprehensive training on AutoCAD, CATIA, Revit, and SolidWorks (2D/3D design, solid modeling, drafting techniques, and visualization).
    • Develop & Customize Curriculum: Design and adapt training materials to suit the skill level of the learners, ensuring the content is current and relevant to industry standards.
    • Hands-on Guidance: Provide one-on-one support to students during practical exercises, projects, and assignments to ensure effective learning and skill application.
    • Assess Learner Progress: Evaluate students performance through assessments, assignments, quizzes, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
    • Stay Current with Updates: Stay informed on the latest features, tools, and techniques in AutoCAD, CATIA, Revit, and SolidWorks, and incorporate them into training programs.
    • Troubleshooting Support: Assist students with troubleshooting software issues, helping them overcome challenges during the training sessions.
    • Set Up & Maintain Equipment: Help set up training environments, including hardware, software, and network setups, ensuring everything is functioning smoothly for learners.
    • Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create an interactive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field.
    • Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD, CATIA, Revit, and SolidWorks (experience in both 2D and 3D design preferred).
    • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, CATIA, Revit, and SolidWorks; experience with creating and editing drawings, models, and simulations.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering effective instruction and feedback.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD software.
    • Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with learners at different skill levels and adapt training methods accordingly.
