Job Description

    Job Overview:The Call Auditor will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of communication and service quality in our sales and customer support teams. This position involves auditing calls, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Call Monitoring and Evaluation:Regularly review recorded or live calls related to POS software sales and customer support.Evaluate calls based on established criteria, including sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.2. Quality Assurance:Provide targeted feedback to sales and customer support representatives to improve their skills and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with training teams to develop and implement improvement plans.3. Sales Effectiveness:Assess sales calls for adherence to sales processes, objection handling, and effective closing techniques.Support the sales team in achieving. revenue targets through performance enhancement strategies.4. Customer Support Excellence:Ensure customer support calls align with service standards, troubleshooting processes, and timely issue resolution.Identify areas for improvement and work with the support team to enhance customer satisfaction.5.
