Job Description

    We are hiring for Chat Support for Noida Location.Necessary details are given below:Job Title: Chat SupportLocation: NoidaShift: US ShiftDays: 5 DaysJob Description:
    • Excellent written communication skills in English language
    • English Proficency to be maintained at Versant 60 and above.
    • Answer Customer queries regarding products, invoice, order status, payment issues, refunds, delivery date, chargebacks etc.
    • The Associate should have a strong typing proficiency with at least gross typing speed of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
    • The associate should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts and willing to work on holidays basis business requirements.
    • Ability to address customer complaints, or other issues with products or services. The associate should be comfortable in handling customer queries via chat.
    • The associate should be able to handle multiple concurrencies via chat channel.
    • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Possesses an advanced understanding of using computers and is effectively able to multi-task across systems and applications.
    • Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Process customer orders, cancellations, and returns accuratelyand efficiently.
