Strong Headed Individuals should only apply as the role demands extensive experience with sales numbers.Qualifications Finance skills including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting. Operations Management skills to ensure smooth business operations and the highest level of efficiency. Business Planning skills including strategy development, execution, and implementation. Sales skills. with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets and revenue growth. Strategic Planning skills to develop and execute long-term goals of the company and establish policies. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field. 10 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. An entrepreneurial mindset with strong people management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and networking skills. Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Experience in the organic farming industry is a plus,
