Dear candidate,Job description:We are looking for a technical co-founder and cto to join as founding team member to help build the otttechnology platform and products from ground zero. with expertise in digital media, experience in building ab2c product from scratch to scale, he or she have relevant experience in building applications and worked askey member of tech team that has created such successful platform.We are providing an opportunity to work inbuilding an ott platform with the best of creative talent of the country, scaling the platform to a globalaudience.Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and who want to work in an early-stage startup and can play anintegral role in setting the companys strategic direction, development and future growth.Anyone who has built such mobile and web apps are more suitable candidate if he or she has:Tenured engineering leader with past experience in leading tech companies /startups in role of seniorengineering manager/director of engineering/vp, engineeringB.tech/m.tech in computer science or electronics and communications from reputed engineeringcolleges/institutions preferably tier1 engineering collegesShould have hands-on approach, ability to architect, design and develop complex applications fromground-up.

  • Should have ability to hire, mentor, motivate engineers and own the engineering charter.
  • High levels of ownership, bias for action && leadership traits
  • Can create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence as well
  • Track, analyze && monitor technology performance metrics
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
  • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
  • Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
  • Help develop native mobile and web apps
  • Help optimize the app for performance and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in programming, data structures, ai, ml and algorithms.
