Functional Area: Construction,Manufacturing/Engineering/R&D Analysis, design and detailing of structural elements of villa, mid rise buildings and commercial Structures. Preparing reports, designs and drawings of structural elements dictated by project requirements. Coordination with architects, service consultants, site etc. to reach agreement about safe designs and how they may fit in with the aesthetic concept of the construction Perform analysis of building materials for use in construction Develops specification for use during construction and ensures all projects comply with applicable codes and regulations. Ability to draft and design all details and capability to perform manual structural calculations where ever required.
