If you have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project execution skills, and the ability to handle various on-site activities, we encourage you to apply for this position.Job Position: Civil Execution Incharge Location: Haryana, IndiaResponsibilities: Execute and oversee all civil works on the project site, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress. Prepare and review sub-contractor bills and ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Monitor and supervise the execution team, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and manpower. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality. standards. Resolve any issues or disputes arising during project execution in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project completion.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil execution at the site level. Strong knowledge and expertise in executing civil works, including but not limited to excavation, foundation, concrete works, structural works, and finishing works. Proficient in client coordination and capable of maintaining a positive relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Sound understanding of sub-contractor management, bill preparation, and payment processing. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example.
