Job Description

1. Manage the NPS of VPOC cases.2. To be responsible for engaging with customer and building and preserving trust relationship.3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.4. Resolve the customer queries quickly and efficiently.5. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.6. Having experience with claims/reimbursement/pre-auth/health insurance7. Claim processing, documents verifying.8. Customer dealing regarding their queries in claims processing.9. Updating the database of daily basis. 10. Maintaining daily reports and share with respective managers11. Adhering to all the companys rules and regulations.

Candidate should be target oriented
Knowledge of insurance and Claims processing
Should be Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Medical Graduation Mandatory or Equivalent to medical degree. (BHMS,BUMS,BAMS,BPT,BDS,BM)
