Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end management of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals. Plan, execute, and oversee key sales programs and projects to meet business objectives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets related to sales initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. Monitor the sales pipeline, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, sales milestones, funnel progression, and outcomes. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working to expand customer relationships and markets. Prepare and deliver persuasive and customized sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs (Request for Proposals). Manage funnel follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication with leads, prospects, and customers throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, ensure alignment, and drive program success. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track sales cycle performance, project outcomes, and KPI metrics. Analyze MIS data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and sales optimization. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within the MIS and other CRM tools. Train and guide team members on the effective use of MIS, CRM tools, and sales-related technologies.
