Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creationJob DescriptionThis Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a high level of support. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels and serving the customer independently directly or through customer interface.Job Responsibilities & CompetenciesThe position is assigned to work with troubleshooting/configuration of Core network (2G/3G/4G/5G) & Cloud infra. He is to act on network and relevant equipment problems escalated from the surveillance function. It is the responsibility of the Engineer to solve and correct service and network problems according to agreed timing and standard set, to detect and highlight network deficiencies and to some extent predict future degradations.Key Responsibilities: Resource will be responsible for operation and Maintenance of VoLTE Network (TAS, MRF, SBC, CFX, AGW, IMC, NetNumber, HSS, XAG, DRA, PCRF, etc) & CLOUD. The task requires IP tracing in a complex network and multi-protocol analysis. Knowledge of Mobility, VoLTE and EPC architecture is required. Experience with SIP protocol and IMS based services is necessary. Experience with SS7 tracing, ability to review, identify and name the notes in a typical SIP call flow and the notes in an IMS/Application Server platform and the function of each node. Ability to document the operational issues and be responsible for cleaning up discrepancies and ambiguity in the same. Including validation with architects to ensure the correct call flow, clearly and accurately document and discuss the discrepancies, anomalies or issues with the test case. Analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / network / system. Emergency Handling Interfacing with other Technical Teams Operations & Maintenance Knowledge of Coud Virtualization concept and Kubernetes, containers. Hands-on experience on Nokia TAS, SBC, CFX, Radisys MRF, PCRF etc.Required Experience: Wireless Mobility Network Experience Domain knowledge required (3-5 Years) Packet Analysis for VoLTE (or VOIP) Protocols Wireless domain of LTE, 3G, 3GPacketCore, /UMTS/LTEVoLTE, UMTS and GSM/GPRS Call flows Network topology & various interfaces Understanding of call processes between End to End systems. Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge. Trace Analysis Excellent English verbal and written skills. Problem Solving and strategic thinking.
