    • Curriculum Alignment: Ensure that content aligns with NCF2023 and NEP 2020, and the learning objectives of K-8 grade levels.
    • Research and Fact Checking: Conducting thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date information to ensure content is reliable and trustworthy.
    • Collaboration: Working closely with various highly motivated teams on task of making cohesive and appealing books.
    • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of educational trends, research findings on kids, and technological advancements, to incorporate innovative elements in books and online resources for children.
    • High Level Content Skills: Ability to prepare contents that effective, using clear and direct language, appropriate vocabulary and engaging story telling techniques
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Knowledge of K-8 curriculum areas in respective fields, including Math, Science, Social Studies, GK, English and Hindi Languages, Drawing/Arts, Computers and other relevant subjects.
    • Creativity and Imagination: Ability to develop original and engaging content that sparks curiosity and inspires learning.
