The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, negotiating contract terms, and overseeing contract execution. The Contract Manager will also be responsible for managing subcontractor agreements, preparing contract-related financial reports, and ensuring that all contracts are completed on time and within budget.Qualifications Strong knowledge of contract law, legal requirements, and contract negotiation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience managing contracts in the construction industry Experience managing subcontractor agreements Experience preparing contract-related financial reports Bachelors degree in law, business administration, or a related field Masters degree in a related field is a plus,
