Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for activities primarily within Define, Design and Deliver phases of the Core Banking transformation Programme. The candidate will represent the business view within the programme and work closely with the business stakeholders, IT Analysts and Quality Assurance on the assigned projects to ensure functional requirements are defined correctly, understood and tested satisfactorily.Minimum Criteria:

  • 4- 6 years Functional/Business Analysis experience. Specific Business Lending Platform change delivery related experience would be a benefit.
  • Domain Lending, deposits and branch operations
  • Experience of working on Agile User stories and Acceptance Criteria drafting
  • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and strong attention to detail, completing tasks to a very high degree of accuracy.
  • Have an appreciation for I.T. systems and the ability to communicate clearly with technical analysts and translate messages to business stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Analysis & Problem solving skills with ability to perform meaningful competitive analysis.
  • Past experience of working on Solutions like Finacle, T24, Flex cube Preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills is must
