Job Description

Responsibilities:Spearhead and manage content strategy for all brand campaigns ,connecting brand design, copy and art, creating story and mood boards.Develop marketing initiatives that translate business objectives into clear and impactful creative strategies.Review and approve creative and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively.Review the work of the creative and copy team for all website, print, social media, digital marketing, in-store and outdoor marketing collaterals and retail packaging to keep within brand parameters and synchronized.Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers in the development of the creative deliverables.Produce fresh, innovative content that translates complex ideas into compelling creative materials and digital experiences.Responsible for organizing and directing photoshoots.Responsible for brand. consistency across platformsConduct period QC for content to check brand salience.Responsible for campaign budgeting and maintaining fiscal controls.Track market trends and the competitor landscape.Experience:8-10 years of experience in a premium/luxury brand or Ad agency,
