Job Description

    All post sales activity from BBA TO POSSESSION OF flats ( CRM front/ backend operation/ legal / collection/ demand generation / issue of NDC / POSSESION OF FLATSLeading a team of 30 members and managing & monitoring the working of operations in the organizationEnsure the possession lineup & complete the possession of NOIDA Extension & Noida projectsAdministering strategic transformational functions; championing these initiatives in collaboration with various teams Handle escalated calls of the customer& ResolutionDealing with Bank, Broker and customer and resolving through phone, email and personal meeting Monitoring end-to-end process flow of Delivery Units to identify opportunities of improvement and converting the same into actionable in cooperation with keyDefining service standards & guidelines, governance structure that acted as benchmark for excellent service deliveryMaintaining all MIS post sales/ crm front/ crm backend / possession teamDesigning & streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of the business operations Identifying training needs and developing need-based training modules for developing multi-skilled workforce for cross utilization for optimum efficiency; ensuring staff motivation with a view on succession planning
