Job Description

    CSL Finance is hiring for #Manager - Treasury at Noida location.Position- Manager - TreasuryLocation - NoidaCTC: As per normsJob Description Create a seamless process for reporting of all bank compliances/covenants, contributing to a better time & data management system. Monitoring of the Compliance with each bank with respect to the covenants and agreement. To ensure timely & complete reporting of each bank compliances & covenants that are due. To monitor & compile data to be sent, at the time of initiation of new banking relationships. Prepare proposals to banks within TAT and maintain the accuracy. Documentation review at the time of each loan execution Provide the required data to rating agencies. Handling a Team and motivating them. Cash Flow Management Maintain good relationship with various entities such as Bankers/NBFCs/FIs/Rating Agencies/Consultants, etc. Maintain various internal MISs with accuracy to sought proper control of process and data. from team. Raise funds through various kinds of debt instruments Responsible for all compliance and returns for submission to banks/institutions Grow relationship with investors and bankers Make presentations about the organization to key stakeholders on a regular basis(ref:iimjobs.com,
