Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!we have opening for CTOJob descriptionOur client is a B2B technology platform connecting buyers with suppliers through an intelligent and end to end solution for digitalizing procurement. It provides an ecosystem for purchase of supplies through the Ecommerce platform and enables a business entity to automate its Source to Pay processes using Buydesk, a proprietary technology solution.Their buyers include medium to large size corporate. The 3 year old platform is well known among its partners for fast, economical and reliable services and one that also provides data insights and analytics to help improve business.As theCTO, you will lead the development and delivery of technical road map taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that adequately balance the need for speed to market, scalability and differentiationWhat you will do:

  • Taking end to end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture, design and delivery as per agreed timelines.
  • Building and leading a team to deliver all tech aspects of the venture.
  • Managing the entire front end and back end operations of the products
  • Being able to conceptualize and leading product development from a technical standpoint, building and managing a team as well as writing code themselves
  • Being responsible for ongoing support and other activities related to technology
  • Building the startups public-facing engineering brand.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Bachelors in Computers preferably from top - tier engineering college.
  • MSc or MTech would be an additional qualification
  • Experience working on new B2B or Ecommerce setups
  • 4- 8 Years of experience preferably with leading product based startup or a very strong inclination to work with a startup.
  • Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology
  • Should be a Strategic thinker and an effective communicator
  • Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
