Customer Care5 days working Day shift for female Flexible shift for male salary for full time :16k (9 hrs) salary for part time: 10k (5hrs) Purpose of the role: This role holder is responsible for taking calls and making appointments and ensuring that the caller receives accurate information when a request is made. He / she is also responsible for ensuring that only 3 data points are provided on any call. a. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller. Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call. Responsible for working on the feedback received from the Team Leader, Group Leader, Quality Analyst or Trainer. Adhering to the compliance and policies set by the department. b. Skills and Work Experience required: Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work under pressure. Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquettes Working knowledge of computers Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and direction. Adept at typing.Salary 1 Lac To 3 Lac P.A.
