Job Description

    As a Customer Support Associate for the Air India process, you will serve as the first point of contact for Air India passengers and customers. Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, booking-related issues, cancellations, flight information, baggage queries, and more. You will be expected to offer solutions, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every customer .Key Responsibilities:
    • Overseeing the customer service process.
    • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
    • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
    • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
    • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
    • Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Any Graduate / under graduate with 6 months of any experience can apply
    • Must be fluent inEnglish.
    • Communication and thought process has to be good.
    • Must be comfortable working fromoffice.
    • Graduate with 1 year of experience in bpo inbound voice process
