Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Assign Virtual Appointments of customers with Store Managers and follow up for their conversion.
    • Follow up for pending orders with customers and their conversion to final order over website.
    • Making reports as required for tracking the order conversions.
    • Circulation of soft copy of brochures/offers over the whatsApp to customers
    • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
    Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
