Job Description

    As a CRM Specialist at Cengrs Geotechnica Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,overlook the follow up from customers.
    • Implement and manage the companys CRM system to track and analyse customer interactions and feedback.
    • Maintain records of legal and compliance documents related to suppliers. Ensure that contracts, agreements, and certifications are up to date.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
