    • Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
    • Proactively offering ideas and insights to resolve customers issues and challenges.
    • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
    • Analyzing the needs and requirements of each client and taking the action accordingly.
    • Keeping proper track of Clients Queries and ensuring that they get resolved on time.
    • Ensuring that Clients make payment on time and same is reported to the concerned departments.
    • Ensuring that database is maintained properly to avoid inconvenience during communication and seeking relevant
    • information related to the client.
    • Coordinating with various Developers so that related CRM activities are carried out effectively.
    • Coordinating with Sales Team and clients to resolve issues related to their investments.
    • Maintaining all MIS related to client payments and investments.
    • Becoming the communication channel between the client and principal company where client holds hisinvestments.
    • Periodically updating the client on his current investments and payment dues.
    • Assisting them in filing their taxes.
    • Ensuring Assured Returns are credited to Clients Account on time.
    • Ensuring that Clients make payment on time and same is updated in builders records.
    • Ensuring that Builder Buyer Agreements are prepared and executed on time.
    • Ensuring that Assured Returns cheques are deposited into Clients account on time.
    • Ensuring that information in every communication/mail is 100% true and error free.
    • Wishing the Clients on their Birthday and Festivals
