Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term. relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services to clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, coordinating with departments, and ensuring that all client engagement tasks are completed successfully. The candidates main task would be to follow up with the new clients through mails.Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
    • 1-2years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
    • Knowledge in financial services or consulting is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
    • Customer-centric and committed to delivering high-quality work
    • Knows who to draft a professional mail.
    • Have a good grasp of English communication verbal and written both.
    • This position is for female candidates.
