    • Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate. (Educational Qualification: B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com / M.A (Pass-out years: 2hidden_mobile)
    • Note: Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, B.sc, M.sc, Pharma or Law backgrounds are not eligible.
    • Regular Pursuing candidates or Experienced candidates will not be considered.

    Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support Role:
    • Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
    • Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders.
    • Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts.
    Desired Skills & Qualifications:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be a Graduate.
    • Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
    • Only Freshers can apply.

    • Cab facility available for both side for Female candidates.
