Job Description

    Tech Mahindra is Hiring!Job DescriptionJob Title:Customer Service / Technical Support(Voice support)Work Location:Noida (NSEZ A-20 Sector-60), India. Work from office.Shift Pattern:Rotational Shifts, 5 days working, Rotational/Split week offSalary Range:3 LPA to 5 LPACab facilities:Both sideWork experience:minimum 6 months and aboveRoles and Responsibilities
    • Handle international customer calls with excellent communication skills in English.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
    • Handle Customers quires related to telecom industry over the calls.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • 6 months and above experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
    • Should haveGood Technical Knowledge onDHCP, DNS, ISP, router, Modem.networkingconcepts
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
    • Ability to work on International Voice Processes, including handling international clients.
    • Strong understanding of Telecom Networking concepts and Telecommunication technologies.
    • Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience of working in Voice processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)
