The ideal candidate will have a support oriented, pleasing personality who has excellent command over English and who knows how to deal with difficult situations and yet come out making the customer feeling like a million dollars. Detailed responsibilities Handle pre and post- sales interactions with customers through strong relationship- building and product knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/ functionality for their specific business needs Increase customer satisfaction by addressing challenges they are facing with respect to our product Provide quickest possible and accurate resolution to all customer queries,
