Job Description

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Will call all dealers to check the hookup & unhook up status of the day.
  • Coordinate & guide our dealers to upload at their location and download in your computer.
  • Coordinate with HW clinical team to check the ECG data received in good condition.
  • Coordinate with HW clinical team to analyse and generate report.
  • Ensure the generated report is emailed to the concerned doctor with a CC to dealer.
  • Ensure the hard copy of the generated report is dispatched to the patients address.
  • Coordinate with dealers in planning their HW mypatch stock status and update them.
  • Coordinate with dealers and ensure they send purchase order for HW mypatches.
  • Ensure dealers transfer the payment for their purchase order.
  • Coordinate with accounts to dispatch the HW mypatches as per the purchase order.
  • Ensure Delhi NCR hookups are serviced timely as per the requirements.
  • You will maintain foolproof database of patients data, dealers data, dealers mypatch stocks, dealers device stock & status in soft copy and reconcile on a weekly basis.
  • You will generate an MIS on a monthly basis and submit by 5th of every month for the preceding month.
  • You will ensure your mobile is ON to attend patient/dealer calls as Customer Support.
  • Coordinate with Director-Bus. Ops for all approvals including any replacements in the hookups and ensure replacements are dispatched.
