Immerse yourself in a comprehensive entertainment experience that includes your favorite movies, TV shows, web series, and more, all conveniently accessible from a single platform.RequirementWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to boost our Customer Support by communicating with current and possible customers/clients.Responsibilities
    • Responsible for providing end-to-end customer support for our OTTPlay all verticals which includes users & business partners.
    • Support day-to-day customer support operations via (calls, emails & chats).
    • High proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Word, etc.)
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support
    • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
    • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
    Professional Skills
    • More than 2 years experience working with OTTs, Entertainment, Media, IT based customer services role
    • Detail-oriented
    Soft Skills
    • Good command over written and spoken English
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Willingness to embrace chaos, ambiguity and the start-up culture
    • Ability to multitask and work well in a team
    • Ability to collaborate between cross-functional teams
