Job Description

    Job Responsibilities Coordinate order processing between KAMs, Customers, and Planning teams. Ensure accuracy by verifying POs against quotes and reconciling dispatch data. Facilitate timely communication of schedules to KAMs and Customers. Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder processes for stationery items. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to safety norms, and uphold quality standards consistently.Skills Required Proficiency in ERP systems for order processing and data management. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word. Familiarity with inventory management and financial software. Understanding of ISO standards and Information Security Management Systems. Strong technical writing abilities and problem-solving skills for efficient workflow management.,
