Job Description

    Job TitleJob SummaryWe are looking for detail-oriented Payment Posting / Data Entry Associates with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management -Preferred and Not MandatoryThe role involves accurate data entry and interpretation of financial documents such as EOBs and remittances, ensuring high productivity and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-volume environment with strict SLAs and accuracy benchmarks.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Payment Posting
    • Accurately post payments, adjustments or denials from lockbox documents into the system
    • Capture data from:
      • Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
      • Remittance Advice
      • Insurance Checks
      • Patient Payment Stubs
      • Payer Correspondence & Denial Letters
    • Ensure correct entry of payment amounts, denial codes, adjustments, and claim details
    Productivity & SLA Management
    • Meet defined productivity targets (hourly/daily throughput)
    • Adhere to turnaround time (TAT) and SLA requirements
    • Maintain consistency in high-volume transaction processing
    Quality & Accuracy
    • Ensure high accuracy (as per defined benchmarks, typically 98%)
    • Minimize errors and rework through attention to detail
    • Follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines strictly
    Exception Handling
    • Identify incomplete or unclear documents and route to exception queues
    • Flag discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed
    Process Adherence & Improvement
    • Follow standardized workflows and compliance guidelines
    • Support process improvements by highlighting recurring issues
    • Participate in training and upskilling initiatives
    Required Qualifications
    • 02 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Payment Posting / Data Entry / Lockbox preferred)
    • Familiarity with EOBs, remittance advice, and healthcare payment workflows
    • Basic understanding of denial codes and adjustments is a plus
    • Willingness to work in night shifts with rotational offs
    Key Skills
    • Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) with high accuracy (98%)
    • The candidate should be able to read, write, and speak in English (Intermediate)
    • Good understanding of financial and claim data interpretation
    • Attention to detail and data validation skills
    • Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
