Job Description

    • Data entry: Entering data into databases, spreadsheets, and other computer software
    • Document preparation: Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
    • Data verification: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data input
    • Data integrity: Cross-referencing original source documents to verify data integrity
    • Filing: Managing and organizing digital and physical filing systems
    • Data backups: Performing regular data backups to prevent data loss
    • Report generation: Creating preliminary reports and performing basic analytical functions
    • Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business or customer data
