They firmly believe in the potential and promise of our youth.The Role.Data Center & Cloud LeadRoles and ResponsibilitiesOperational Responsibility:
    • Manage and Optimize CAPEX and OPEX budgets of the services in scope such as DC & Cloud, Microsoft Licenses, O365, other licenses
    • Expert in implementation and management of Cloud (IaaS) and on-premise Data Centre operations with continuous cost optimization.
    • Expert in managing Operating Systems landscape such as Windows Servers and RHEL / Linux
    • Expert in implementation and management of Backup solutions such as Commvault
    • Expert in managing Directory and Messaging Services and Solutions
    • Expert in implementation and management of IT Disaster Recovery Services for Mission Critical ERP Systems and Business Applications
    • Expert in management of O365 Services
    • Expert in implementation and management of 24x7 Management & Monitoring Services / NOC
    • Expert in management of complex Technology Projects.
    • Evaluation and proposal of new and sustainable technology solutions which are fit for purpose for the company.
    • Ensure Uptime and Availability Targets and management of SLAs.
    • Ensure timely upgrades, Patch Management, Service Level Upgrades, Kernel upgrades, Firmware upgrades, health checks and housekeeping activities.
    • Perform detailed root cause analysis on unplanned outages and implement corrective measures.
    • Manage the outsourced OEMs, Partners and Vendors linked to Data Centre & Cloud Services
    • Documentation of best practices and maintain and update Technical SOPs.
    • Hands-on and detailed technical analysis, problem-solving techniques and participation in complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and troubleshooting of escalated matters.
    • Strict Governance to keep the backups, availability, performance and security to acceptable levels across the landscape.
    • Ability to work and collaborate with in-house and outsourced Technology Teams such as Networks, Network Security, Information & Cyber Security, Business Applications and ERP Teams.
    Skills RequiredMandatory Skills (Expert Level):
    • Hyperscaler Cloud: Expert on AWS IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service)
    • Wintel and AD: L3 or L3+ Skills
    • Office 365: L3 or L3+ Skills
    Additional Skills (Good hands-on Knowledge):
    • RHEL: L2 or L2+ Skills
    • Commvault Backup: L2 or L2+ Skills
    • SCCM: L2 or L2+ Skills
    Note: Database Solutioning and Management Skills will be an added advantage.Qualifications & ExperienceQualification: BE/BTech/BCA/MCAExperience: 12+ years
