Job Description

    Troubleshooting desktop/laptop OS issues.
    • Support for standard and treasury application software issues.
    • Coordinating with 3rd party and Treasury application vendor to resolve Application issue (Refinitiv, Bloomberg, CCH., NSE, BSE, Cogencis, etc.)
    • Isolate system issues: diagnose standard, treasury application software issues and log calls with the hardware vendors & track the same till closure Escalate vendor pending calls to the OEMs & tracking till closure
    • Support to the BCP and DR drill for respective locations
    • Installation/re-installation/configuration of systems, printers, scanners and Treasury Applications (Refinitiv, Bloomberg, CCII., NSE, BSE, Cogencis, Soft Turrets and Soft Phone etc.)
    • Configure the desktops and laptops as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of Axis Bank
    • Installation/re-installation/configuration of approved client software/application list provided by Bank
    • Installation/configuration of e-mail clients
    • Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues
    • Troubleshooting printer/scanner related issues
    • Troubleshooting issues related to approved applications/software as per Banks policy.
    • Support for local area network issues (LAN)
    • Coordination with the Lease Line & telephony service provider
    • Coordination with the internal bank team (Server Team, AD team, NOC Team, etc.) for trouble shooting any issue.
    • Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates
    • Provide first level support for video conference devices, IP phones, Turrets.
    • Install approved patches onto desktops/laptops
    • Configure Print Queues for Servers/Users/Groups
    • Troubleshoot print queue related issues
    • Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers
    • Remove virus from respective desktop/laptop with the antivirus software.
    • Each user, user group, device, and device group can have configuration profiles to provide a base level of settings
    • General configuration settings
    • Enforce organization policies
    • Follow the Banks policies for deploying approved images/OS on all bank assets
    • Wi-Fi connectivity issue or hardware related issue w.r.t. LAPTOP/Individual user issue troubleshooting
